Anyway, cool week: started on NPR, ended up on GMA. was supposed to be on NAC as well—Native America Calling—but wound up stuck in a dentist chair long enough to A) not like being in a dentist chair, and B) not make NAC. Also, was in Oakland on Monday, am at the airport now, to go to Minneapolis, and then . . . is it Iowa whose initials are “IA?” To me, “IA” is short for IAIA, which is in Santa Fe. But I’m thinking bouncing up through Minnesota to get to New Mexico might be especially roundabout? So, probably “IA,” the Iowa one. It’s the only state I can think of that matches those letters. But, I’m no expert on the states, either. “States of decay?” Eh, maybe. But I never go “Geography” in Trivial Pursuit. Geography and Sports, man: those are the two killer categories. At which point I’m even more off-topic than usual.
